Parliament Buildings

Here is a view again of the Parliament Buildings in Victoria BC, showing Victoria as a historic and seafaring city.

About Joseph de Lange

Before retirement worked in art galleries, a photo studio, offices, and the trades. Don't travel much anymore but still photograph. For the past 5 years 95% of my photography is done with the phone. My prediction for big cameras: DSLRs and their beautiful lenses and even the smaller mirrorless cameras will be mostly a historical footnote in the not too distant future.

  1. What a lovely image of this magical spot. Love the layers you’ve brought to play with the boats and the architecture in the backdrop here, well done!!

    • Even if ever I moved to Europe again (we talk about it sometimes) I’d have to be sure I can make it back to Victoria on a semi regular basis. This has been my favourite of all the cities I know ever since getting here in 1965.
