I love these misty shots – nothing the tiniest bit boring about any of them. And I don’t ever seem to get tired of seaside views. I especially like the 3rd and 4th ones.

Hi ehpem, Thank you. On the 4th image I noticed the title as OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA. I dislike running someones advertising (like NIKE painted on your forehead) so, as a rule I remove that banner, but it does mean that the image is straight from the camera. As soon as the photo is photoshopped that title is gone. On pict #3 the contrast needed tweaking in PS ever so slightly and this is the result.

Thank you so much. On a beautiful morning, like this one was, the estuary and seaside here are the very best for casual walks, or even short hikes. Unbeknownst to me the camera’s battery was dead. I took about 10 photos that morning, but that was alright. On a Sunday morning walk the camera really becomes of secondary importance.

Thank you Carl, those morning mists around here can be quite spectacular, especially when lit up by that cloud filtered early morning sun. By the way (tong in cheek) if I really thought they were boring these photographs would never have made it onto these pages. Just fishing for compliments LOL. Mind you I do have concerns about possible repetitiveness in this blog.

The Olympus Camera has me confused…..please don’t tell me you just use a point and shoot!!-
Thank you Madhu. I guess the photo title is an Olympus way of advertising, Olympus pen micro 4/3 system that is. Mirrorless with lots of lenses available, especially since all 4/3 system lenses are interchangeable. So lenses from the Panasonic 4/3s, and consequently some Leica lenses may be used etc. Not professional but a much lighter and smaller alternative to the big guns, with excellent sensors.

Thank you. So good to hear from you Wolke, I really was worried about repetitiveness in the blog, but mostly what we have here in my little pocket of the world is seaside, so seaside photographs tend to creep in over and over again.

No worries Joseph, no picture is like the other, so I can look at 100 seaside photos in a row without getting bored. You create the best photos of what you have there (landscape, nature and so) – that s all that matters 🙂

Thank you Debra for your kind comment. The seaside has one thing about it and that is its constant light changes. It makes for different scenery more often than any scenery type I can think of. Mind you, looking at your G+ profile, I would not mind, just now, being in Stockport or Macclesfield with camera and a cheese pasty (hot and fresh) in my hands.

Thank you and yes it is topnotch locality here for scenic photography, Light and appearance change continually, so things always look surprisingly new, even when you live here.
